Connecting Your Pipedrive Account

To start using Pipeboard, you'll need to connect your Pipedrive CRM account:

  1. Click "Sign In" on the Pipeboard homepage or go to the Dashboard
  2. Click "Connect to Pipedrive" to start the authorization process
  3. Log in to your Pipedrive account if prompted
  4. Review the permissions and click "Allow" to grant Pipeboard access
  5. You'll be redirected back to Pipeboard with your account connected

Tip: Pipeboard only requests the minimum permissions needed to display your tasks and deals. Your data is never stored on our servers.

Using the Google Sheets Add-on

Pipeboard is also available as a Google Sheets add-on:

  1. Open Google Sheets and go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons
  2. Search for "Pipeboard" in the Google Workspace Marketplace
  3. Click "Install" and follow the authorization prompts
  4. Once installed, access Pipeboard from Extensions → Pipeboard

The Task Dashboard

The task dashboard shows all your Pipedrive activities organized by urgency:

Completing Tasks

To mark a task as complete:

  1. Find the task in your task list
  2. Click the checkmark button on the right side of the task card
  3. The task will be marked as done in Pipedrive instantly

Snoozing Tasks

Need more time? Snooze a task to reschedule it:

  1. Click the clock icon on the task card
  2. Choose a snooze duration: 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week
  3. The task's due date will be updated in Pipedrive

Creating Tasks

To create a new task (Pro and Team plans):

  1. Click the "+" button or "New Task" in the task dashboard
  2. Enter the task subject and select an activity type
  3. Set the due date and time
  4. Optionally link the task to a deal or contact
  5. Add any notes and click "Create Task"

Viewing Your Pipeline

The kanban view displays your deals organized by pipeline stage:

  1. Navigate to the Pipeline page from the sidebar
  2. Select a pipeline from the dropdown (if you have multiple)
  3. Deals appear as cards in their respective stage columns
  4. Each card shows the deal value, contact, and next activity

Moving Deals Between Stages

With Pro and Team plans, you can drag and drop deals between stages:

  1. Click and hold on a deal card
  2. Drag it to the desired stage column
  3. Release to drop the deal in its new stage
  4. The change is saved to Pipedrive automatically

Note: Drag-and-drop functionality requires a Pro or Team subscription. Free users can view their pipeline but cannot move deals.

Managing Your Subscription

To view or change your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Click "Upgrade" to see available plans
  4. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe billing portal

Disconnecting Your Account

To disconnect Pipeboard from your Pipedrive account:

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the "Pipedrive Connection" section
  3. Click "Disconnect" to revoke access
  4. Your OAuth tokens will be deleted from our system
