Troubleshooting
Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting to Pipedrive:
- Check your Pipedrive status: Make sure you can log into Pipedrive directly at app.pipedrive.com
- Clear browser cache: Sometimes stale data can cause connection issues. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Re-authorize: Go to Settings and disconnect your Pipedrive account, then reconnect
- Check permissions: Ensure Pipeboard has the required permissions in your Pipedrive app settings
Data Not Updating
If your tasks or deals aren't showing the latest information:
- Refresh the page: Click the refresh button or press F5 to reload the dashboard
- Check Pipedrive: Verify the data appears correctly in your Pipedrive account
- Wait a moment: Changes in Pipedrive may take up to 60 seconds to appear in Pipeboard
- Check filters: Make sure you haven't applied filters that hide the data you're looking for
Drag-and-Drop Not Working
If you can't drag deals in the kanban view:
- Check your plan: Drag-and-drop is only available on Pro and Team plans
- Try a different browser: Some browser extensions can interfere with drag-and-drop
- Disable extensions: Try disabling ad blockers or other extensions temporarily
- Mobile devices: Drag-and-drop works best on desktop browsers
Billing Issues
For subscription and payment problems:
- Access billing portal: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing to view and update payment info
- Update payment method: If a payment failed, update your card in the Stripe billing portal
- Cancel subscription: You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds: Contact support@getpipeboard.com for refund requests
